That’s why this Fast Company article caught my eye last week, it claims mornings of exercise and strategic planning are just five steps away from us all. I am more than dubios but more than desparate for this to become a reality, and so, from tomorrow Tuesday June 26th it will begin. There, I’ve written it now, I’ll have to do it..
